While growing up, we didn’t have powerful, iconic female characters to look up to. We have seen the angry man Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan romancing with every woman, and Amir Khan playing cricket with the British Raj.
Almost all of the iconic characters are male-led. Seldom do we see a female character who turns out to be exemplary.
