How Often is it referred to a South Indian as Madrasi? How often did you mock that guy or girl from the North Eastern State? How many of you still think that people from UP and Bihar are rapists and manual laborers? How many of you feel people from Punjab drink a lot?
There are many things we Indians have made up about other Indians belonging to different states or societies. This video clearly shows what others think of a person belonging to a specific state and breaks the stereotypes attached to that person. This Independence Day, take an oath to respect every person, whether or not he/she belongs to your state or community.
