Sourcing Standards

Corrections & Updates
We're human. Mistakes happen. When they do, we own up and fix them immediately. If we publish something inaccurate or incomplete, we'll update it, note what changed, and be transparent about the correction.
How we handle corrections:

- Add a correction note explaining what changed
- Notify readers via social media if major
